Aharon joined Marcal in 2012. His hands-on involvement in the company's development projects involves facilitating the crucial support and collaboration across all departments to ensure optimum adherence to schedule and budget.

Aharon's considerable background in construction and architecture play a vital role in his myriad duties, which include navigating the Building Department from job filing to permit to Certificate of Occupancy. Aharon is charged with overseeing projects, estimating, buyouts of trades from pre-construction survey through demolition, excavation, foundation, concrete and steel superstructures and coordination of all MEP's to interior finishes. On the environmental end, his expertise includes all aspects of site cleanups, such as soil remediation, tank removals, air and noise contamination. His studies at NYU and degrees from IDC have propelled him to become a team leader at Marcal, managing the company's institutional projects.

True to the Marcal work ethic of "taking ownership of responsibilities," Aharon's oversight also includes the attention to detail that ultimately ensures a project's unhindered progression.
