After suffering severe neglect and near vacancy for many years, Mark Caller purchased the property´s outstanding tax liens and repositioned and rehabilitated the entire building into a state-of-the art office complex.

Upon moving its own New Jersey headquarters to the third floor, the company succeeded in attracting such prestigious tenants as the State of New Jersey, Essex County and US Social Security office. To date, the building enjoys a high occupancy rate and retains its newfound prestige.
